Vegetable stuffed Pasta Shells

I love pasta and I keep on trying new sauce and recipe for that.
To make Vegetable Stuffed Pasta Shells you will need :-
2 zucchini chopped
1 yellow squash chopped
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup bell pepper
Ketchup as needed
Pasta sauce as needed
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
1 teaspoon basil leaves (dry)
Cheese for garnishing
Pasta shells as needed
 Oil as needed
5 cups water
1 tablespoon basil pesto

Take a pan and add pasta in it and add water in it. Add oil and then allow pasta to cook. In another pan heat up 1 tablespoon oil and add zucchini and squash to it and saute it. Add bellpepper and corn after 2-3 minutes and saute it. Add basil pesto, mixed herbs, salt, sugar, chilly flakes, basil to it and mix well.

Remove pasta from water after they are cooked, place it in flat container where it is easy for you to fill vegetables in it. Add vegetables in shells after it gets cool down and then top it up with ketchup, pasta sauce and cheese. Microwave or keep it in oven till you see brown spots on it. I used very little cheese so I microwaved it for 2 minutes. Serve hot with garlic bread.

Pav Bhaji

Hey guys I am sharing you my favorite recipe i.e. Pavbhaji.

To make Pav Bhaji you will need :-
2-3 medium mashed and boiled potatoes
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 cup cabbage
1 cup cauliflower
1 big onion finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander cumin powder
Butter as needed
Bun/bread as needed
Chopped coriander for garnishing
Lemon as needed
2 medium size tomatoes chopped
Bell-pepper as needed finely chopped
Oil as needed

In pressure cooker boil potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower. After it gets cool down  then mash them. Keep it aside. In a pan add oil and butter  and add onions to it. Saute it for a while and then add chopped tomatoes and saute it. When they are cooked add all the spices and salt to it. Add peas and bell pepper if needed. Saute it for a minute or so. Add boiled vegetables and add water if desired and cook well about 10-15 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and squeeze lemon juice on top of it. You can also add chopped onion on it.

Take a griddle and roast buns/ bread and serve hot with bhaji.
