I have brought ready made Gulab-Jamun and found that what to do of the sugar syrup left out? I want to make use of that left out sugar syrup. I thought of making two things.
Try this if you want to use your left over sugar syrup.- Shakkarpara/ Shakarpare by adding all purpose flour and butter to sugar syrup to make a dough and roll it thenafter frying in oil.
- Malpuva/ Sweet Chilla by adding wheat flour and allow to sit for some time and make small chilla on griddle.
